Job Description: -Handling all local technical claims in cooperation with QC and OG relevant departments -Providing customers with technical solutions for important projects -Product training (GL) for local sales and customers -Monitoring OCN products regarding to quality and customer requirements -Assistance for new product launch, product seminar and product certification / approval
Job Requirement: -3 years related working experience in a manufacturing company, professional in R&D, production or QC -Experiences with customer service -Working experience in lighting industry preferred -Bachelor degree or above in Physics, Electric Engineering or relevant engineering field -Internally communicate with sales, QC, factory at OCN and OG relevant departments in form of phone call, e-mail, memo, letter, meeting and presentation -Externally communicate with customers and lighting institutes in form of phone call, e-mail, fax, letter, meeting and presentation -Success motivation -Communication and cooperation ability -Team work -Good PC skills, especially MS office -Good English in writing, and reading
